Rohan is Co-Founder and CEO of Exigo. A petroleum engineer by background, he has spent the past 10+ years working for oil and gas operators in Australia, India, the Middle East, California and Texas. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California.  In his spare time, Rohan enjoys interviewing the leaders and legends of the Oil and Gas industry on his podcast Crude Conversations.

He is also President of ETL Advisors, a premier data integration consulting firm servicing numerous Fortune 500 companies.  In 2007 he moved to NYC from Australia, becoming co-founder and SVP of Products & Technology at RightsFlow, building the company from a team of 3 until its acquisition by Google in 2011. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.

Tony’s career spans over 30 years in the Downstream (Refining) and Corporate segments of the Oil and Gas Industry with Royal Dutch Shell. In his last role with Shell, Tony was Vice-President of Safety. In this global role, working across all business lines, he was responsible for Safety Leadership and Corporate Standards. Prior to this appointment, Tony held the position of General Manager for Shell’s Clyde Refinery and Gore Bay Terminal (Sydney, Australia), and was a member of the Shell Australia Downstream Leadership team. His role involved leading a major business transformation which incorporated a significant turnaround in operational performance.

John Adcock is Vice President – Operations at Ascent Resources. With more than 24 years of experience in engineering and management, Mr. Adcock most recently served as Vice President of Chesapeake Energy’s Mid-Continent Business Unit. Prior to that, he served in a variety of engineering and management roles at BJ Services Company in Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Adcock was the Chairman of the LOGA Technical Committee, the API RP 90-2 Committee, the co-author of the Marcellus Shale Coalition’s Well Completion and Work-Over Operations Best Practices and has served an integral role in the development of internal standards and best practices at each of the companies for which he has worked. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1993.
